We guarantee the quality of our products. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery—we’ll gladly offer a replacement or full refund.

🔁 How to Start a Return or Request a Refund

To report an issue or start the return process, please email us at support@banglesorority.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • A photo of the defective item (if applicable)

We’ll take care of the rest and make it right.

📦 Important Notes:

  • Defective items must be reported within 30 days of delivery.

  • We do not currently offer returns or refunds for items damaged through misuse or normal wear and tear.

  • Refunds are issued to the original form of payment once the return is processed.
